Express Shipping Within Australia

We also offer an Express shipping option for a fee of $9.99 per order via the Australia Post eParcel Express Post network.

  • Orders placed before 9 am will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days (longer if outside a metropolitan area). 
  • Perfume orders will not be sent via Express - they can only be shipped through Road Transport 
  • Please be mindful that during sale periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatches 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and can be traced using the online tracking service at http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Australia Post endeavours to meet their timetable, however, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of restrictions and congestion in their delivery network at the relevant time.

Please note, where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

Perfume Orders

Perfume orders can only be sent domestically in Australia via Australia Post Road Service. 

  • Please note that any other items ordered with perfumes will also be sent via Australia Post Road Service.

 

Shipping Outside Australia

We ship to most international destinations at a flat rate of AUD$30.

  • Delivery takes between 9-20 business days. Please note this is an approximate estimate only - shipping and delivery times will vary depending on local couriers and can be affected by environmental/economic impacts. 
  • Shipping is via Australia Post Registered International.
  • If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to contact us.

Our shipping charges do not include any import taxes and duties that may arise when entering your country. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and these can't be calculated prior to shipping.
