Shipping

Within Australia and New Zealand

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 to any address in Australia and NZ. All orders under $80 will be charged a flat rate of AUD$5.50

  • Orders placed before 9am will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Please be mindful that during sale periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatches 
  • Delivery takes up to 4 business days however most orders are received within 2 business days.
  • Residential and PO Boxes will be shipped via an Australia Post service and proof of delivery is available.

Express Shipping Within Australia

We also offer an express shipping option for an additional fee of $9.99 per order via the Australia Post eParcel Express Post network.

  • Orders placed before 9am will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Please be mindful that during sale periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatches 

Express Post guarantees a next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-3 business days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and can be traced using the online tracking service at http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Please note, where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

Shipping Outside Australia

We ship to most international destinations at a flat rate of AUD$30.

  • Orders placed before 9am will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Delivery takes between 10 and 12 working days.
  • Shipping is via Australia Post Registered International.

Please Note

Unfortunately due to a number of fraudulent orders, Somedays reserves the right to request identification material from international orders, or where a credit card origin is not that of the destination country. This may include a scan of your Drivers Licence, Passport and the Credit Card used for the transaction, we appreciate your co-operation.

Christmas Deliveries

All Australian orders placed before 10am before the 19th December will be shipped via Australia Post.

    • Please also be aware that missed deliveries may require you to collect your order from the nearest post office during their regular operating hours.
    • All  cut-off dates for international orders will be November 25, which is earlier than domestic order cut-off dates. 
    • During this time from December 1, our exchange period will be temporarily extended to January 20.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges for online orders require an authorisation number. We will gladly accept returned items where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and has all original tags attached. Likewise, all footwear must be returned in their original box. Please be aware that we do not accept returns and exchanges on sale items. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and earrings are ineligible for return unless faulty.

Online orders for exchange or refund can be dropped into our Surry Hills or Royal Arcade store only after an authorisation number is obtained. Our Barangaroo & Emporium stores will not accept online returns or exchanges.

Disclaimer

All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Our exchange period will be temporarily lengthened during Christmas; from December 1, our exchange period will be extended to January 20; do note that gifts returned during this period are only eligible for an exchange. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense or returned in person to one of our affiliated stores (either Surry Hills or Royal Arcade only).

We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our office.

We also reserve the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee for shoes that are not returned in their original box. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or any item sold at a reduced price. 

We do not refund the shipping cost for refunds or exchanges.

Please be aware that some exclusions may apply to certain sales and promotions.
Unless explicitly stated, offers cannot be combined with other promotions, already discounted items, gift cards, shipping fees and taxes. Sale offers and discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

How to Return an Order
To return an order please contact us for an authorisation number. Once received, fill in the returns form included with your shipment and send the item/s back to our office. After the items have been quality checked and found to be in satisfactory condition, we will process the refund to the card used for payment. The funds will usually appear on your statement after 3-4 days.

Faulty Items
Any product that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
