Within Australia and New Zealand

All orders are charged a flat rate of AUD$7.50

Orders placed before 9 am will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
Estimated delivery for all standard parcels is 1-8 business days, depending on destination.
Please be mindful that during sale periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatches

Express Shipping Within Australia

We also offer an Express shipping option for a fee of $9.99 per order via the Australia Post eParcel Express Post network.

Orders placed before 9 am will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days (longer if outside a metropolitan area).
Perfume orders will not be sent via Express - they can only be shipped through Road Transport
Please be mindful that during sale periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatches

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and can be traced using the online tracking service at http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Australia Post endeavours to meet their timetable, however, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of restrictions and congestion in their delivery network at the relevant time.

Perfume orders can only be sent domestically in Australia via Australia Post Road Service.

We ship to most international destinations at a flat rate of AUD$30.

Delivery takes between 9-20 business days. Please note this is an approximate estimate only - shipping and delivery times will vary depending on local couriers and can be affected by environmental/economic impacts.
